Return Policy

We accept items for return for 30 days from receipt in new condition, in original packaging with all tags still attached.  Some manufacturers have additional warranties and those items will be handled on a case by case basis. Saddles may not be ridden in or marked in any way and must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns are NOT accepted on:

• Bits
• Helmets
• Chemicals/ Healthcare Products/ Treats
• Special orders or custom or personalized products
• Any items showing any signs of use
• Undergarments
